Regional AQM Training
The project organized the Regional Course Developer Workshop in December 2009. The professionals in the field of air pollution and related topics from all over Asia were trained to apply the TRAIN-X methodology in developing new courses or to adapt existing courses to the standardized methodology and approach to training.
In a follow-up to the Course Developer Workshop, the project organized a Training Needs Assessment Workshop in February 2010 with AQM professionals and city representatives. The project identified 5 priority courses to be developed for three different target populations: decision makers, technical officers and influencers.
